Time Alignment

I know it is to delay the speakers, but is it supposed to make the sound, sound like it is coming from directly in front of you too? I just messed around with it and noticed that the whole time i didn't have it set right...apparently. I guess i had my left speaker delayed to much. So i fixed it and now the sound appears to be right in front of me, and my system is also much cleaner and louder. I'm can't really hear very well at the moment.

Time alignment is supposed to help your staging sound like it's higher, and like you're sitting right in the middle of a concert. Takes some tweaking/ measuring sometimes though.

i didn't know that speakers on your left and right could sound like they are in your dash, right in front of you. Sorry, this is the first head unit that i have had that has it and i was surprised by the difference it made.

.......you

sorry it is crude...but hopefully you get the idea //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

You should add in pulse delay into the equation as well.... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
