I've kind of gotten that why too. If your gonna be a pain in my *** through the entire sale process. I'd rather still have my item in 5 months then sell it to that type of person. That type of person just isn't worth my time. People may say that just makes me a bad salesman but I'm not here selling to make a living.

That's the whole thing. Patience is the key if you want to sell something for a reasonable price. If you want to sell it fast then sell it at a lower price. Don't put up an ad stating that you want to sell something quick or that your hurting for the cash or else you'll attracting ppl with low offers. The easiest thing in the world for a person to do is ignore something. If you don't know how to do that then you shouldnt be on selling anything cuz it comes with the territory

Another thing I love is when people go... "Crackhead prices!!" or "Need to sell ASAP!!" and the price is just a regular ol' market value price. Lol.

I remember a couple of months ago a guy was selling an amp that I really wanted. He was asking waaaay too much for it. I made a very resonable offer and he basically laughed at me. I told him, "You can take this offer now or take it from someone else in 2 months." It's kind of a d!ck thing to say, but in this case it was the truth.

He was aking $600 for a $400 amp. I offered $450 the day it was listed. Lo and behold, 2 months go by and he's still bumping it. He PM's me, "Still want that amp? I'll take $450." I say, "GFY."

It went for $350 a couple weeks later.

How is it in violation of the rules when all of the signatures I've tagged to report go ignored? Is it just okay when I report it because it is me? I mean honestly, that would make sense so I'm just asking.

If you wait long enough you can always get more when selling... sure, low-balling is a pain but when I sell used equipment I just read right past any ridiculously low offers and I will simply reply with "Sorry, the price is firm." if the offer is anywhere near being close but still too low for me to take.
