Ti 12ds - tinsel seperation

Hey im a little new to the reconing/recoiling of drivers so i wanted to c if some1 could help me with this? I've got 2 (well planning to get the other off a homeboy)Phoenix Gold ti 12d that has had some problems keepin the tinsels to terminals as well as base of the cone. I really want to save theses subs but its lookin' more and more imposssible to do so every time I resolder. My questions are the following:

1. What softparts would provide good xmax?

2. What company sells recone kits?

3. How to obtain those kits?

4. How much a does a normal- high end kit cost?

Any advice what-so-ever would be awesome!

It's not just the suspension and surround that determine Xmax, you also have to take into account the depth of the motor.
