He didnt even let me finish my story LOL. He said "ok, ive heard enough" you got this one in the bag. He told me to go to the clerk of courts, get aq small claim form filled out and bring it to him. Once he sees im taking him to court, He'll cough up my refund. Thats what the cop said. Cause if he goes to court he'll end up having to pay for ****, and I doubt he wants to do that if he cant even refund a lousy 200.00 -- wish me luck tomorrow //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

 
it's a civil matter like i said. i have owned my own business for 20 years so i have encountered situations before. once i saw the customer was unhappy i would have refunded the money or have resolved it another way. the manager has not handled this situation corectly. but good luck. he may refund once he sees that you are taking him to court but the way he has handled it so far don' t bet on it. he will lose in court though.
