Thoughts on amp?? Or better suggestions

NEW MB QUART Q4.150 4-CHANNEL AMPLIFIER 1760W CAR AMP | eBay

If you know of a better amp for around the same price then let me know. A lil more is ok but must do at least 150x4@4ohm (real power). Friend is looking into buying this and I think its a decent choice as I liked my old onx4.125 so this should be as of same quality but with alil more power. Better choices?? Or experience with this model amp in particular???

Only thing off the top of my head that does over 150x4 is a sundown 200.4 which is far to much money.
