Those with Soundstream powerplant distro block

I'm confused here on inputs & outputs.

* Power/Ground Inputs 1

* Power/Ground Input Wire Size 1/0 Awg

* Power/Ground Outputs 4

* Power/Ground Output Wire Size 4 Awg

* Max Current Input/Output 400 amps

* Max Fuse Size (x 4) 100 amps

* Max Turn-on Relay Current 20 amps

Does this thing have a total of 2 inputs, and 8 outputs? From the specs I can't tell if it's saying that you choose whether it's power or ground, and form the pictures it appears to have 2 inputs up top, and 4 outputs on each side.

Also, does this have a built in relay? Appears to...

2 inputs and 8 outputs to the sides, with a 20 amp relay. You can use it as power or ground or both at the sametime.

one output, fours screws on the sides to lift top off to reveal screw terminals.

To make sure, does the relay output power your amps? I know what relay does, and am using one right now, but I've never heard of one on a distro block. Kinda crazy.

Mine is for amps and fans and maybe some LED's in the future.
