im not gonna sit here and argue with you guys. i said it would go up for sale tomorrow. i was letting people know. the whole reason it was not for sale at that moment was because i had no pics. however, i got some and put them up. you guys are trying to say that i was trying to sell without pics. i understand now that you cannot let people know you are going to put up an item for sale, no matter how stupid a rule that is, becuase people could be looking for a specific item and if they find it a day early they can be prepared to buy. i didnt say "give me an offer and ill sell it to you", i said give me some offers. not i am selling it today. if someone asked to sell it to me under the table i would have said no because there are no pics up right now. this fight is stupid and im not bitching about it but its just annoying that people can swear up a storm and say stupid stuff all day long and no one says anything. but god forbid someone puts up a thread people delete it in 5 seconds.

Your facts are still way off, and apparently I have to go over them again. First off, saying "i didnt say "give me an offer and ill sell it to you", i said give me some offers" is beyond ridiculous. It was, without a doubt, a feeler thread. In the tech section. AND had no pics. 3 rules violated, knowingly. But its somehow a mod's fault for closing the thread. And you still get mad even when you were not given an infraction. The mods have better things to do than police people who are knowingly violating rules, and again dragon was cutting you slack by merely deleting the thread. Take responsibility for your own mistake, quit trying to blame the mods here, the rules here, or the site itself. If you dont like the rules here, nobody is forcing you to use this site to try and sell your gear. Its just that simple.

As for people swearing up a storm, that excuse holds about as much water as the rest of your excuses... none. There are rules in place that say you cannot harass members in the tech or classified sections, and that is enforced daily here. The only place that type of thing is allowed on this site, is the t-dome. And we only allow that to try and satisfy members who dont want to feel like the rules here are too strict. If you see someone cussing out a member in the tech or classified sections, the right course of action is to report the post so the mod staff can deal with it. The absolutely wrong course of action is to not report it, and decide that means you get to bypass the rules.

You broke several rules, you got caught, you were dealt with in a fair and reasonable manner. Again, you didnt even receive an infraction. If you cannot see the hypocrisy in your attitude over it, and your attempts to shift the blame to everyone else but yourself, then that is your problem, not mine.

Exactly. Even another member recognized the blatant rule violations in the thread. So I have ZERO sympathy for all the excuses being given here.

I have no problem with this thread. Your replies are not this thread. Some people have valid concerns about the site that should be addressed. You are not one of those people however. I dont close threads to avoid people having a venue to post complaints. But that doesn't mean Im not going to call foul when someone comes in with invalid complaints such as yours.

As for dropping it, you are the one who continues to say this site is to blame for your misbehavior. I'll be glad to drop it, as soon as you stop badmouthing other people, and this site, for your mistake.

Ive tried reasoning with you, but it looks like the only way to get through to you is to start handing out infractions until you either get it, or are banned. The choice is yours and yours alone, falcon. Frankly, Ive spent more time trying to be reasonable with you than you deserve, given your attitude. I dont want it to come to that, but I wont have any problem bouncing you out of this site if you continue down this path. The time for reasoning with you is over.
