The reason we need a 18+ section is to prevent banning for what may or may not be for ToS infractions. Too much is left up to the discretion of the MOD's; Bikini pics may result in bans or may not if they are at car/audio shows, threads about yoga pants may be deleted if one Mod doesn't like it (even if the others do), etc. Its not hard to add a 18+ section, hell make it 1000+ post count before approval. Setup different rules to ensure no laws are broken, etc.

i just think it would offer a second place to troll with less worry about getting banned
