This is what happens when you blindy rush into fiberglassing.

i wont say it is a perfect pro job but i will say it is FAR better then you are making it out to be. i assume you figured if you bashed it yourself others would lay of a bit but you did not need to do that. your not giving yoruself enough credit. i suspect when its all said and done this will look great. keep it up

Practise makes perfect. As much as i studied, and studied fiberglassing pod's, I still had small mistakes in mine. Now im prefectly confident to start taking on other difficult tasks.

Keep up the good work, And dont let no one get you down.

After I did a shitload of sanding and primed it, it really took form. If you look in the first pics, I had the mat and resin dripping off the sides like crazy. I really didn't expect it to be decent, but it's not half bad.

Been priming, sanding, priming, sanding all day. Gonna add a layer of spot putty for the pinholes, prime it once more, sand, then paint.

But thanks for all the compliments //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif When I do fiberglass again in the future I will definitely invest in a quality orbital and sander and dremel. Been sanding by hand and used an insanely chinsy dremel for everything.

Rattle canned it and threw it in the car. Looked nothing short of just plain bad lol.

Getting it to fit nicely is by far the hardest part. Will probably sand it down a whole lot more and attempt to vinyl wrap it when I eventually get some motivation to do so.
