i took that anal xlpode shit and it didnt do a **** thing for me. Their creatine actually works (cellmass).

Any creatine will pretty much work. Save yourself some $$ and go with a cheaper brand.

Never had a problem with it and have taken bottles of it but each person may react different to any supplement. Dont take it anymore and get a different supplement that has the same effects there are plenty out there.

Anal Xplode sucks, didn't do shit for me as a preworkout. On the other hand Black powder and NaNo Vaper is whats up. Take some anablolic Halo post workout to open those muscles up more....

actually cell mass is not a monohydrate creatine. that is why it is more expensive. with the monohydrate creatine it adds water weight where as the cell mass ads definition and hardness of the muscles. im not exactly sure what type it is but its not a mono.

and ace cell mass is not a pre workout its a post workout suppliment so that may be why you didnt see much results

Didn't mention anything about cell mass for a preworkout. I took Anabolic Halo and Protein post w/o. I said No Xplode sucked for prew/o, but I liked Blackpowder and Nano Vapor. Got the results I wanted with that.

And i know about the different types of creatine. I have gotten creatine gluconate in pill form for about $25 for like 70 sevings. And there is nothing spectacular about cell mass. lol @ noobness.
