Uep. If memory serves takeaboa was the first to post about this HU. (Or at least his thread about was the first I saw of it....I'll say that)

I'm just a bit iffy about a tube-driven unit living in some automotive environments - certain vehicles that ride really roughly probably wouldn't want to look into this Panasonic...

i doubt you would've found it even if you had search. dosen't work very well

prolly not a true tube. jimj will be in here soon. some "tube" units dont have tubes in their power supply, but after it or something like this. so its not truly tube driven.

I'm not so much into the tube audio gear like JimJ but I've got more than a couple of tube-driven CB radio amplifiers and other gear that I dearly love.

But it is all on a very stable surface that wouldn't be exposed to shaking, vibrations, etc etc that might damage the NOS tubes that I have to buy every once in awhile.
