Yep, its a piece of crap. Check out some amps from Profile, Visonik, and US Acoustics; they can usually be had for really cheap on eBay.

Don't forget Power Acoustik and SPL they are alot better then profile, visionik.

lol i never owned one but any amp on ebay that says lanzar... pyramid or some german name other then audiobahn.. isnt worth the metal it was built with... and I know this guy i know named "Joe" says the Lanzar optidrive rocks.. and was telling me that its got a 1800 watt constant at 2 ohms...He is a liar and a dumbass and basically a know-it-all... sorry had to get that out onto the net...

Hate to rain on your rant but mybe you should listen to "Joe" because the Optidrives are built rock solid and produce every bit of their rated power, and a recent review in the July 04' CarAudio backs this up. umm lets see for one dude...the reated power he told me wasnt even close when i looked it up... 2nd How many people are carrying a lanzer in there vehicle? it looks ugly and even thought the power rating i seen looked good.. If I ever had any lanzar item in my car i might as well get a Sparkomatic headunit and a Pair Chrome subwoofers off ebay....

OPTIDRIVE are decent. Anyone who thinks that just because one uses lanzer it must automatically **** is a moron. The OPTIDRIVE line of subs and amps are still fairly decent, and this comes from someone who hates Lanzar.

Just your opinion from your experinces and that's fine but your logic is greatly flawed.

1) Just because your friend overstated the power....that makes it a bad product?

2) In your experience or area not many people run Lanzar......so that too makes it a bad product?

3) It's ugly (in your opinion)......that also makes it a bad product?
