Thinking of doing an 18" Q semi-wall...but will it kill my mids?

I'm currently running Premier PRS comps, no sub stage. Soon to be run active.

I never have anyone in my backseat, and I enjoy having a trunk...so I was thinking of doing a sub in the backseat. You know, kinda semi-wall like others have done? Just take up the back seat area, and have some of the box go into the trunk. Hard to explain I guess.

But will a 18" Q with 800 watts going to it kill my midbass? My amp is an eD NINe.5
