I have tried to quit and im good for about 2 days, untill I go back to work. the stress kills me there, also my GF smoke a pack a day so that dont help. A pack usually last me 2 days...

um, if you have never smoked a cigarette before, Marlboro reds are not necessarily the best choice. Try a light cigarette, they are a little less harsh. I like camel lights, and Marlboro lights aren't bad. If you want flavor, Marlboro Smooth cigs taste like peppermint, and you can get a pack of little cigars in just about any flavor for about $1-2 a pack at any tobacco store.
