I payed $300 for 3 bedroom newly renovated house back home in Iowa. Thats was family rate but not much more than the current renter pays. I pay 3 times that now, makes me sad.

$300? Maybe for an old farm house in the middle of nowhere. Believe me, I wish $300 was even close to realistic rent for Iowa.

longisland a room would run me 500 to 600 or so. i did a brake down how how much upstate will cost. upstate we can get 2 rooms for 500 or so but we dont know the area. we watched some vids of troy online. funny thing my girl lived up state for a few months. her dad lives there her sister lives there. they all pay close to nothing and no one bothers them. they work,go to school and have money but rent is NOT 80% OF WHAT THEY MAKE

dave my car's not good. no turn signals 750 at a local car audio shop to fix. over 1400 at dealer ship so we need a inspection sticker by the end of march thats 100.00 . allso my key stuck in the acc postion . gota take my neg off my front batt to turn the car off fully. no system cuz i have extra batts and they would keep the car on so bye bye to my car audio. and my car shifter wont slide in to the sport tronic . car drives great.

around here when we get state inspection i know people ...which here they are cheap only $10 i just give the guy an extra 10 spot on vehicles i have that no way in hell they'd pass....I've brought stickers home and installed myself.....and they never even seen the ride.....i had one sticker for 2 months before i put t on one time...there should be some one you can flip an extra 10 or 20 to get a sticker

around here when we get state inspection i know people ...which here they are cheap only $10 i just give the guy an extra 10 spot on vehicles i have that no way in hell they'd pass....I've brought stickers home and installed myself.....and they never even seen the ride.....i had one sticker for 2 months before i put t on one time...there should be some one you can flip an extra 10 or 20 to get a sticker

gona get looked at monday ,the stickers cost 100.00. got a guy from here that knows some one but he not around now. gota 45 or so days.

I'm paying $750 for my 1/1 apartment right now, but it's in a nice suburb of Dallas, is brand new, and has granite counter-tops all around. Considering that the older 1/1's closer to town were even more expensive, I feel like a got a good deal for a brand new apartment that's ~800ft^2. My last was a 2/2 that was new as well...not quite as nice as my current one, but was $1k a month.

We're looking on moving back to our home town, where she just got a job at the other day(starts Monday). Then we'll be saving tons of money in order to get a nice house. Put 50k down or something like that.
