Well it looks like my girlfriend is getting a new pontiac G6 in February, so that leaves me with 2 cars again. I've always wanted to build a totally customized car that you only drive a few times a year so this is what i'm thinking of. The car is my 89 Mustang GT Convert.
What i'm thinking of doing is completely removing the convertible top and back seat area and putting in 2 15" XXX's. Also, i would be removing the dash and having a complete fiberglass job done on it with all new gauges and whatnot. there would be no need for AC/Heating vents or controls so this could offer lots of opportunities. Of course, there would be a nice 3 way set-up up front and tons of deadener all around. I have a secure place to store it, and i would only drive it locally to like car shows and car audio meets so no arguements to keep the top. I will keep the car so it will be able to be returned to stock condition (except the dash) in the event that it would ever be for sale again. What do you guys think of that? i might have dbornotbd hook up my dash.---if your not familiar with his work check this out http://forums.caraudio.com/vb/showthread.php?t=100871
