but yea the valley is extremely nice if your looking for cheap apartments look into dublin, buiness is booming over there right now and they do have some very nice apartments

yea, bigbang, i am from cali. my brother lives in danville. when i graduate, i am going to look for a job int he bay area and hopefully move there as well. i have a sister and brother in law in san fran, i hate it there. not my lifestyle i guess. i like my garage, i like my yard, i like being able to drive anywhere i want because i love vehicles. i love boating, skiing, the mountains, not exactly san fran lifestyle.

I hope you speak fluent spanish.. And yea dublin is the spot right now.. Livermore is ridiclous now its grown so much in the past couple years.. PLeasanton too on the side of 580 is nuts..Now its dublins turn to catch up..

synikalt,do you live in p.b or i.b perhaps?and where can you hind a 1 br for as little as 500,man you can't find a 1 br off imperial and euclid for less than 700, i just bought a 4 br townhome,i said townhome in eastlake for 463,000,mortgage +property taxes +association fees=3200.00 a month

half a million...nice?congrats n the townhome. i only been to eastlake once. but i moved, i use to live in linda visita, now i livein el cajon, i got a 2 bedroom 1 bath for 1000. i pay 500 + bills. there are cheaper 2bed/2bath for like 800, i have some friends livin in there now, but its out here in el cajon. but im saying im pretty sure you can find a 1 bed apt pretty cheap, i got quotes for 1 bed 1 bath apt for 700 in linda vista..by clairmont! but idk anyone who actually lives in 1bedroom house.so you might be right, they dont dip down below 700...it just depends where you stay at
