you can go to godaddy.com and have it evaluated to see the worth of the domain name. I think they charge you or something to do it but they know what they are doing.

I couldn't resist myself, I just bought another domain name... TextAdsOnly.com I am going to create a basic little site to sell with it maybe get some more money out of it

I think that makes my total number of domain names purchased over the past year or two to about 30 :O

You just need to look @ future technology coming out and register domains that will most likely have to do with those things.

Like say you know of a new phone coming out in the distant future that is revolutionary like the Iphone.

Take the name of the phone or the concept and apply names like

XXXXXsupport.com

XXXXXmods.com

XXXXXreviews.com

XXXXXdesigns.com

It's very easy to do, and people have been making mad bank off of domains for a long time. You just gotta be smart and buy names that you KNOW will have some sort of impact on the future of the market.

you might as well hang onto it for the full year you paid.

Who knows, the value for it will have probably risen by then. More companies starting out looking for domains. Just keep up with the contact info in your WhoIs and anyone who actually is interested will hit u up.
