i know what a bowflex is mang i seen many info mercials on it and it is is a shitload to pay for.

use a treadmill, walk off the weight.

I have used a treadmill many a times. Not something I enjoyed, plus if I want to walk I'll grap the ipod and hit the walking trails that are close to my apartment. Then again comes in the time thing though. That and I don't have anymore room for another big piece of equipment.

Trust me I am more than happy with my bowflex. I haven't felt this good in years.

not friends of mine. family of mine. you're basing your opinion on a guy found out to be a fraud, not science found to support either side. there's a difference.

no youre confused. nothing i believe is based on what anthony roberts has said. that was just an example for you. my beliefs are based on real scientific studies conducted with many individuals and with the use of placebo groups where needed. none of which are funded by any BB organization or suppliment company or anything else that could bias the results.

cool man, my mom and brother are LCDC's. Ever looked into Laurel Ridge? i know personally they pay $16/hr M-F or$21/hr Sat-Sun for an LCDC with an Associates. i would imagine it gets higher for someone with a BA
