look, i never said anything about your life or about losing weight and building muscle at the same time. all i said was a gym is more economical and pretty much just as time conscious as a bowflex for you me or anyone (unless your miles and miles from a gym). the gym is not a "phase" its determination to achieve what you desire. sure you can do it with a bowflex, or home weights, or jugs of water. but doesnt it make more sense to take the quickest route to your goals? do whatever you want, im not trying to force anything on you or anyone else. it was just a discussion brought up. good luck with your endeavors.Wow!
For starters, I am not looking to build muscle. I want to lose more weight and tone up, but you can still build muscle with it. If you don't think so, I can link you a site, lol!
I spent a lot of money, but do you have 2 kids and a 7 month old baby and work 50 hours a week at full time job and then when ever a snow storm hits, I go out for hours upon hours plowing business' and drive ways. So trust me it fits right into my life style. Yeah I paid a little too much for it, but I am out of the gym phase and plus I don't have the time for it. So just because you like they gym, don't knock it. It works very well.
