I hate people that put 22+ inch rims on a caprice...I also hate people that put body kits on mercury tracers

I don't hate it at all. You have to realize that it's these people with bad taste that make your ride look better. For example: Fat guys with big pot bellys that never work out make me look great. If there were no ugly girls, you would never know how to define pretty. Bad taste is a good thing.
