taking a penny candy is petty theft which if u are over 18 could lead to jail time, but this is how they get u if u think ur lucky and get caught at 17(under legal age right?) wrong they can wait up to 1 year to press charges so sense u wanted that piece of candy that bad when u were 17 now u be bending over for bubba in the shower when he asks u to get his dropped soap
