Basically if you try to sue them or whatever you cant really. If a call gets esculated or whatever the supervisors gets trained to tell your rep that their at a meeting or their not availble to take that call. Theirs "ways" of getting things for free. When ordering online.

-If you like you can post things that people dont know about your job, like how to get around things and such, what really goes on, what you cant or can tell a customer, and if your brave enough you can put that name of where you work. I'll go into more detail about my job when people ask Q's and such or post.

Ok, I am a manager at Mcdonld's, this isn't totally on topic, but I'm gonna say it anyway. When going through drive through, make sure you do 2 things

1.Know what you want BEFORE you get to the window

2.If they say, "welcome to Mcdonalds, I'll BE WITH YOU IN JUST A MOMENT", don't rattle off your order and get mad when they ask you to repeat it.

my old job I remember we asked this girl to make some punch and I came back about 5 minutes later to see here "mixing" it with her dam* hand. I just thought to myself, "wtf man."

Yeah I worked in fast food back in the day. Arbys..... Theres little tricks that I learned when a rude customer comes.... Put cold frys at the bottom of the box and hot ones on top. And fill their soda half way and put some carbonated water in their. wow in plain sight? usually they do that in the back. Thats why when you work at a place you know what "procedures" they conduct.

If you guys like fast food I'll give you a tip on getting something for free. If you get frys and their not pippin hot eat some and ask to get a new one, tell them its cold. As for sandwichs tell them that its not warm enough or fresh enough. Like they say, "customer comes first". cuz they dont want to lose business.

At ccity, they can tack on a lot of crap for installs that is free or unaccounted for to get the guys who are installing more money, or if theres an irate customer.
