thickness of plexi window?

I think it's a power dependent kinda thing cscstang put half inch plexi in my box for 2 sundown x8s gonna be running a 2kw rms amp at 1ohm to them

If in doubt, go thicker. For 2kw I would have gone at least 3/4" but more likely 1".
Really think it's gonna have to much flex? I'll be pretty disappointed if it doesn't hold up.... It knocked the cost of my box up a bit... It was built by cscstang plexi from cherryman

Not really sure of the size right now, but I am thinking approx 8-10" x25-30" braced between each sub.

For the record I have no plexi experience till I get this box in the mail... The guys involved with my box do it for a living and due to the small size of my plexi both assure that it is plenty thick at .5 in... Yours will be twice the width... **** should look sweet

Idk, I just tend to overengineer things. If your designer says it's thick enough you should be fine, they have way more experience than I.
