Zone Alarm has a free firewall that is better than 99% of pay firewalls. If ot keeps happening run memtest86 and prime95. You should also check the condition of your hard drive as that can cause it as well.

Truth... I run it on my PC and love it.

I screws with my ActiveSync but other than that everything is fine.

I didn't find a single post actually helpful in solving the problem.
I got sick and tired of pop ups asking me to allow shit, removed the program,and haven't had a problem since.

Figured my solution might help someone.

You still need a software firewall though, yes a router will stop most, but not all, outside attacks but it will do nothing to stop malware on your pc from pjoning home where a good software firewall will.

you can turn it off in security center, which is found in the control panel
