Some people...

Some guy comes in late last night, wanting to buy and have a Pioneer AVIC-D1 installed. We set up an appointment for today. He is told before he even buys anything that the D1 doesn't play DVD videos. He doesn't have a problem with it.

Comes in today, I install the D1, he comes and picks up his car, I show him how it works, and also let him know that it will only play CD/MP3 CD's, no DVD's. He says, ok, thanks a lot, and leaves.

About 2 hours later, he shows up with his friend. He comes in and says "We put a DVD in there and it isn't working". We tell him it doesn't play DVD's, we told you this about 10 times. He goes, "oh, ok, well I have a DVD player from my old car- I'll go bring it in". So, he comes in, with his HOME DVD player. We tell him he needs a power inverter, and it will probably skip like hell. He goes, "What do you mean, power inverter?". A coworker grabs the outlet at the end of the power cord, and asks "Where do you want me to put this????"

I walked away.

I went to work on a friggin Cherokee that was lifted about 2' and covered in mud.

I wasn't happy after that one. I looked like I rolled in the dirt for a few hours.
