you need two finishing nails, some 16ga wire, a small fuse (5 amp), and a light bulb (incandescent). You can make your own with these things...

Opinions on the iPod Shuffle. Now.

Dont like them. Got to play with one a couple of weeks ago.

Down sides,

No view screen

Cant select song you want to play

Up sides,

Cheap

Can store pictures

easy controls

Has random or play strait through feature only

Over all if you were to get the 1 gig and put the songs on in the exact order you want you would be OK.

I would say not orth it, there are better units out there.

you need two finishing nails, some 16ga wire, a small fuse (5 amp), and a light bulb (incandescent). You can make your own with these things...

I made a couple in 9th grade consisting of 2 wires, 1k ohm resistor, 1 LED, and some plastic. It's for AC though.

That sucks ... I was looking at it because I like the normal iPods (though too expensive for me). The reputation + price is why I was/am considering it.

Any other suggestions in that price range?
