What did you do tonight?

Made a little bit of scratch doing an install for a fella up the street and made shrimp alfredo for dinner.

Thank my lucky stars my gramma saw fit to leave me her personal cookbook when she passed. She was born and raised Italian (born in Genoa) so MAN could she cook!

Her homemade alfredo sauce recipe is a pita to follow and the different cheeses that go in it are hard to source at times but well worth the trouble once it's on your plate!
