decided with my time off i'd try to play some basketball and i have really lost my touch. used to be a great 3-point shooter in high school, but i was only 7-30 on 3's. my jumper is off. i don't seem to have the lower body strength i used to, and i'm not getting enough left in my shot and my realese and follow through is rusty. i'm realesing way to early and i feel like i'm pushing the ball. my free throws however were good as i made 41 out of 50.
