Wish I could have all of those, but theres one that looks like a bomb dropped straight through the ceiling(and took everything inside out). Its a shell with no top, no floors nothing.

Wierd, seems like the same layout as my old house, except my kitchen was smaller. Just wondering as to how close, in the 6th pic the doorway that you can barely see where the brown is, is that the bathroom?

Yeah, I think so. Since he has his new truck he didn't drive it hardly at all, so when he said he was selling it, I asked how much for me. And that's that.

Yup, thats the bathroom. and theres anothe rbedroom behind me. (im at the top of the stairs).

He is asking $39g for it. Im going to Offer $25g or below. Especially since I doubt I can get the other 4 properties next to it.

Then exactly like my old house. I know your gonna drywall the ceilings, but you could save a lot by just going over the walls with new plaster wherever it needs, and paint. Could possibly save a few g's.

Haven't thought past some comp's for the front and a new headunit so far.(still has the factory tape deck). Now that you've brought it up though, I'm sure I'll be buying something for the substage.

First thing I did was get a new radio, I had the tape deck in there for I think a month or so tho. The factory 10 was bumpin hahaha.

Lookin at it up close and in person, it looked like something used to be there. Not a skylight but like something else. Not sure what. The skylight is overtop of the middle room, like most B-more houses. But it looks really clean cut. At least the floor under that hole wasnt damaged. I dont see how it wasnt. But the 4 houses next to it all seem to have that same damage, and the last one looks like the whole roof came down bringing the house with it. Its weird that all 5 houses have that same damage.

Edit: now that I'm looking at the framing that sure does look like it could possibly be for a skylight
