Badmofo, prowler.

Guess what guys. My friend, who bought a 1977 marquis 10 months ago. Might be selling it.......for $1000. He is going to give me a discount, I dont expect much off. I know there snothing wrong with it, 83000 original miles on it. Onlything about it, it is yellow....
302? aka 5.0?

Yup.

That was him. As I recall he was one of several people that had one of Pantera's band members as an avatar? (though I cannot recall if it was Darrell or not...)

Either way he's a 'Tard and I don't miss him in the least.

What motor does it have in it? Smallest they put in those big-*** boats was a 302 with the biggest normally available was the 400 though I think you could special-order 'em with the 460 if memory serves...

Why would you want it, though, Hero?

I mean I do understand its appeal to a degree....room for freggin 12 people to ride comfortably (//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif) and good ride quality as the suspension on the Marquis was somewhat softer than the LTD twin it shared a chassis with but they're bloody huge! Takes a 40-acre yard to make a 3-point turn and they get horrendous mileage since you're rolling around in 12 tons of steel. Okay - I know it's not 12 tons but it's definitely a heavy-*** car by today's standards....no plastic found on or in that ride except the dash display! Everything else was iron and steel. You tailend a Corolla in one of those and watch what happens... (I've seen it...it isn't pretty for the 'Yota)

Yep, I'm just wating for him to crack a window or break something, but only reason he keeps bitching is probly cuz his girl is there with him lol
But what teh feck, she looked good:yumyum:

I hate fegs.........
Well, at least you know who it is if something happens tonight.

Not sure on the engine, I'm gonna call him tomorrow and talk to him about it. i dont really remember much about the car. It was in perfect condition except for water pump. No rust, or anything. Oh and he seals around the top were cracking but thats it. but for $900, ill take that problem. Assuming he will give me $100 off.

yup dimebag was in his avatar.

I like practicing remembering shit.

devillians sig is fuckin rediculous

My brother plowed a toyota corolla in his 79 deville, literally plowed. The back of the car was in the shape of a triangle, like a snow plow. nothing wrong with my brother's car from that. haha

When i rode in that car it was the softest ride I had ever been in. I like big cars and I was looking to buy an older car. A few pages back in THE THREAD, i posted a few 70s chevs I was looking at. Looking to make one a project. And for $1000> you cant beat it. I like the look of them also. Plus I need another car. It probly wouldnt do too good in the snow up here tho.....

I gave him 10 minutes to leave.......
If he doesn't, I'm not quite sure what I'll end up doing....
He is still outside your house?
