Few questions: what kind of amp is it? How big is the fuse? Where did you buy it? Have you tested it? Pics of the melted fuse?

MA Audio 800w mono, 2 25A fuses 1 is perfect the 2nd is bubbled but not blown, I just looked at it on lunch break its still in the box, no pics because my lunch was only 1/2 hour.

Hmm.. I'd say replace the fuse and then test it on the bench.. Could be just a defective fuse..
