Ya, I've used FF, but after reading the 'Which browser do you use' thread I thought I would give Opera a try.. It seems to have a lot of nice features, but everything looks kinda weird.. I don't know how to describe it.. No big deal I guess.. Ima give it a few days and see what I think.. I've used Avant for a couple of years now, and there's some things about it that piss me off, so I've been looking for a change.. FF is an option too.. I'm not sure why I stopped using it..

 
FF was a memory hog. Like really bad. Avant was just like maxthon and IE to me (all the same, just look different, based off IE). Opera was the best one, but it would crash every few minutes. this one hasnt started that yet, but it probly will start crashing tomorrow.

 
Ya, I just grabbed 9.01 off the torrents.. Hasn't crashed yet, but maybe it's something on your computer that is causing that.. And I agree about FF.. In fact, now that I think about it, that's why I stopped using it.. But that was on my old lappy.. Maybe it will be better on this one.. Ima give it a try too.. It will be 'battle of the browsers' week.. I'll see which one I'm still using by Friday..

I don't think you are in the wrong here at all, teebone.. I think it's Nate who's in the wrong.. I think he should just offer you a refund for the faulty product he sold you.. Seems very simple to me.. It would have made you happy, and in the long run, it would have helped his business.. Instead, he's choosing to ignore you, and now you must retaliate, which I feel is justified.. Now you are costing him sales.. Maybe he thinks this is a better way to run his business? I'll never understand people who run their business like that.. In order to be successful, you must treat all your customers like gold, or else that one unhappy customer has the potential of costing you more than you could ever know.. Much like what is happening now.. I'm behind you 100%..
