I'd think it's more like thoughts and ideas rather than the visual-type dreams that the sighted have.. I'm sure it's also different for people that were born blind than for those that have lost it later on in life.. I would think that they still have dreams like the rest of us, just with less defined images.. But obviously those images would be from before they lost their sight, which must fade and become distorted over time, like memories.. People who were born blind would definately not have any images in their dreams since they have never seen anything to reference..question of the day: do blind people have dreams?
