To make a long story short... my Expy has a new engine with 20k miles on it. The dealership put in the new engine, but on the old head from the previous engine with ~150K miles on it. SO, my Explorer blew a head gasket, and they have to replace the head. $2K total because Ford dealerships are cheap bastards. And what's more is the receipt for the new engine shows charges for everything, and I MEAN EVERYTHING. They charged for a new head kit, but put on the old one.
