Anyone ever had PayPal in their favor?

Well, I don't know if this should be attributed to something PayPal did (or in this case, didn't do...) or possibly something related to my financial institution.

Long story short....I bought something on eBay and like I always do when making purchases on eBay I immediately paid after the listing had ended. Well, I will assume that the seller got all the money they were supposed to as my item got shipped to me.

However - the cause of this post is that the amount of the PayPal transfer minus $10 is what was withdrawn from my bank account.

It has been almost two weeks now and this odd phenomena hasn't changed - looking at my online banking deal the withdrawal is exactly $10 short of what I supposedly paid my seller.

Here's something you won't see often!

Nope the last time I had a balance of any kind in my actual PayPal account was when I did a transaction with PV Audio (great seller, btw...). so today at work..someone told me that they found some pictures of c0ck on the public computer...they told the boss and she had to come and delete them.
