Ditto on that one. I was/am working on a report about the feasibility of internet voting. So much **** info and I'm having a hard time organizing it all!!

im working on this a proposal for a research paper.. here is the intro...i have it all done...just need to come up with a bibliography...but every time i get online and start i end up wasting time here.. ;(
