im working on this a proposal for a research paper.. here is the intro...i have it all done...just need to come up with a bibliography...but every time i get online and start i end up wasting time here.. ;(

Sounds like a nice intro. Do you have to just do a proposal or a report as well? My proposal was 8 pages long in MS Word. My report, on the other hand, is well over 20 pages and I have yet to even cover every point I wanted to so far. lol..mine is nothing like that...total paper is 8-10 pages...proposal is just 3 sections...summary, informal outline, and intended bibliography..

We just have to turn this thing in to get approval for our topic and direction....then a formal outline is due..and then the paper..this is not a major aspect of the class (as yours sounds like)..just one in a series of projects...

What I'm doing right now isn't hared at all..just boring..what i have to do tomorrow night (read more from Hobbes Leviathan) is both hard and boring..

I decided I'm just not going to study for the bio test i have on tues..fck it..we can drop our lowest test grade anyways..i will just have to start paying attention, start taking notes again, and study next time ;p

Yeah, this coming week is dead week, and then war week (finals week). I've got this report due on Tuesday, then have an O-Chem final, and Bio final. In my Wr 214 class, we also have a group presentation to present along on Tuesday as well as turning in the report.

400 level poli-sci class 'modern political philosophies' really cool class...but i just cant get into hobbes..im sure it gets better...but the first 100 or so pages have FCKING SUCKED!!! Havent really looked at it since before spring break..tomorrow i will pay for my apathy...

my school is on the semester not the quarter system...so we haven't even had midterms yet.. quarter system ftw...

Interesting, we're on the term system at Oregon State. 3 terms and our spring break hasn't even started yet. We did get a little over a month for Winter Break. How long did you get for Winter and Spring break?

we got from the 12th of Dec till the 18th of jan iirc. Got a week for spring break, just last week. Done mid may. Started the end of Aug. Sucks cuz they consider 4-5 classes full time..and i dont like taking more than 3 classes at a time..more than 3 and i just lose focus..so i just take 3 a term and then go thru summer..works better for me since i work full time while attending school. Plus i gotta drive 130 miles round trip to school..and i try to get all my classes in on tues and thurs..so fer me 3 class a term ftw!

i cant remember is OS the ducks in Eugene? I used to screw off in eugene during the summers when i was younger..back in the late 90's.
