You could sue for a living, people do it all the time. how do they sue fast food companies? Same reason they dont want to take responsibility of their out fatness.

Ummm, so they left a 17 yr old tell a 12 year old that she could ride it. Then instead of blaming the 17 yr old (probly cuz they couldnt get any money out of it) then decide to sue the manufacturer. Its funny how they always blame the maker instead of blaming their dumb *** decisions.

no they probably realized that they could get a much bigger settlement from the manufacturer

I hate people. And it always affects us somehow. A year ago, I walked into mcdonalds and asked for a supersize fry. They said we dont have those anymore. Why? Because the ****ing fat *****es sued because they cnat eat right and do exercise.
