Sea-doo is getting sued because of a girl crashing and dying. Why cant people just take responsibility anymore? Im going to look further into the case, and get more details before I comment.

The plaintiff claims executives at Bombardier Inc. made a conscious decision not to add an age-based sticker, a number 16 with a red slash through it, that would have warned potential users that it is unsafe for anyone under 16 to ride the craft.

Ummm, so they left a 17 yr old tell a 12 year old that she could ride it. Then instead of blaming the 17 yr old (probly cuz they couldnt get any money out of it) then decide to sue the manufacturer. Its funny how they always blame the maker instead of blaming their dumb *** decisions.
