That's not quite what I meant, Acid. I was referring to time zones as in it is a different day altogether from where one partner is to where the other partner is.

I am on the Internet because my wife is in bed sick as a dog and I have nothing much better to do.
I like Australia fine. This is my third trip here (and the most important one to date seeing as there was a wedding and all...)

The food is cheap, the people are friendly, in the city where I am no matter where in town you are you're only 20 minutes from the beach, of course my wife lives here so that's a decided bonus...

The only drawback is the freggin flights. I'm 6'2" and do not have the budget to fly business or 1st class. 14+ hours in Coach is NOT my idea of a good time.

i have been to europe a few times, but never to australia. i want to go there so bad though. either that or a safari would be sick.

my brother has his honeymoon in bora bora a few months ago. he brought the pics back and they were amazing. i would love to go their as well. staying in a hut on a private beach. walking out with tropical fish and petting sting rays. that vacation is high up on my list.

Hell to me the atlantic ocean is exotic. I live in Bayou country (south louisiana) and we have some very unique landscape but I never have been to exotic locations. I mostly vaction in the mountains or florida

about as exotic as i have been to is hawaii. the adriatic and mediterrainian are both too salty, you can literally float half out of the water, and the pacific is eh, and the atlantic is too **** cold in most places, and the gulf is kind of boring.

i went to jamaica on my honeymoon...much dirtier than i expected in most places.

you will find that a lot. europe is the same way in the tourist areas, the countryside is beautiful though. for the most part a big city is the same as a big city here in the US.

yeah it wasnt really a big city...more like a little town...we got off the cruise ship right beside a sugar plant, took a taxi into town...didnt even step foot out of the taxi and some dude was waving me down trying to sell em buds and mushrooms...i bought a bag of buds, and passed on the mushrooms cause i didnt really want to end up jumping off the cruise ship or something but anyways we got out fo the taxi and there were homeless people sleeping on the benches, 3 legged dogs that looked like they had been hit by cars numerous times...everyone is trying to sell you something....it was awesome all in all just not what i expected really

i was in puerta vallarta, mexico this summer and it was the same way. pretty wild place though.

yeah mexico was one of my favorite places actually..i went to costa maya, and cozumel.

cozumel is supposed to have some world class diving.
