nope, he doesnt answer the fone, e-mail or anything.

I ahve filed complaints with SquareTrade and Ebay, next step is filing mail fraud charges...

at the number he provided thru e-bay, then they gave me a cell fone number which was "the only number he can be reached" but he doesnt answer that one...
