The motor for Gossamer came in yesterday. I got more than I bargained for....what the ad described to be for sale was a longblock - just the block and head.

What I was sent is a complete motor with the wires still intact, none of the hoses were simply cut but rather actually were unclamped and removed properly, the flywheel and clutch bits are still attached to the backend of the engine, and the motor mounts are still intact.

We're gonna check it out but I may be looking at a hckuva lot less labor than I originally thought so that's good news.

hahaha i made a "bail" of sorts. apperantly my court date was at 9am and i showed up prudently at 2.30. so ya i had to plead to just pay the fine and be done with it, or 90 days in jail with a 500 fine. so ya i got lucky by kissing ***
