AllStar - did you take a DMM to the chick's car to see if that voltage reading on the cap was accurate? Sounds like she's got serious charging system issues if so (or horrid wiring problems if not)

Sorry for the late reply, just catching back up in the thread. I could probably do that, but the wiring looked really haggered, so I'm not sure I'd want to re-wire her shit for her. I told her to ditch the cap, and she said no because she paid $50 for it and didn't want her battery to die //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif . My guess is her amp puts out less than 400 wRMS even though it had 2000w written on it. Probably a grounding issue or something is wired wrong, but its not really worth my time to dink around with it.
