I have a question I need answered before I go and tear my dash apart...something was constantly draining my battery while the carw as off. I brought it in to a place andh e said it was the interior lighrs circuit so he pulled the fuse to fix it (didnt wanna spend the money just to have interior lights). All he pulled was the interior lights fuse and for some reason the stereo doesn't turn on either unless the interior lights fuse is in.. I think its strange because the radio has it's own fuse and is still intact.

My question is, can I go get some 8 gauage or so with an inline fuse and wire my positive straight to the battery to get around this?
