The exception to my last PM being if I want to manually transfer money from PP to my bank. If I want PP to put money from that account in my bank account or vice-versa that takes 3 or 4 business days.....but not during a payment for goods or whatever as explained in my PM.

Yes, it may not do that for you if all you have is a basic PP account. I've got the Premier Business account that comes with the PP debit card. if I want to pay for an item that costs $75...but I only have $55 in my paypal account....paypal will force me to pay the full amount via bank transfer (or echeck)

I know it works for me. Shoot, I did it just the other day when I bought an Orion amplifier. It was $38/shipped and all I had in my PP account was like $17 or something.....it automatically drew the rest from Capitol One (which is who just recently bought out the bank I was using before)
