anyone wanna give me the cliffnotes version of the TheNoodPoopler situation?
(A) Nood is one of
the fastest triggers on the forum whooping and hollering about being mistreated during a transaction (his deal with Spkrman being an example)
(B) Nood has been on the selling end of multiple deals wherein he lied and lied and lied and lied and lied and lied (get the point yet?) about shipping out the people's stuff and mysteriously having misplaced the receipts containing the shipping info but when those people that finally
did get their stuff the boxes or whatever that contained said shipments showed shipping dates of very recent days rather than the two months ago the stuff supposedly went out. His only offered excuse for the continual lies was "I had a bunch of stuff going on in my life that was of higher priority."
© He seems to think that because people's stuff did
eventually get sent out that there is no wrongdoing in his actions.
(D) One of his buyers had stuff that hadn't shown up after a great long while and Nood sent him some $$$ to hold as a deposit while he waited. After the stuff finally showed up it was considerably less than it had been advertised.
(E) Nood
bought a JBL amplifier from someone and kept on giving him excuses as to why it wasn't paid for...something along the lines of "I have X, Y, or Zed going on and I'll have your money on such-n-such date" but he went out last Friday and burned $100 drinking then came in the "NoodPoopler Is A POS trader" thread (not the exact title) and bragged about having spent all that cash drinking!
(F) He still is somehow of the opinion that his actions should be acceptable by the forum as a whole.
Personally I think he should be drawn and quartered....but that's just me...
