So, there was this kid a few grades ahead of me at my high school. Preppy kid. Most popular kid in school.....good student, had all the hot girls, everyone liked him, everyone strived to be his friend so they could hang with the "in" crowd, he always the funniest person in the group. Athletic as anyone else in the county, stood out in every sport he played......football quarterback, basketball point guard and baseball's ace pitcher. Always the life of the best parties....he thought he was the shit, and so did everyone else. And, like all popular preppy high schoolers, like to pick on everyone that wasn't a "close friend", especially those in grades below him on sports teams with him.
Ofcourse, he got a full ride scholarship to a preppy private college to play basketball. All the girls still dreaming of him, all the guys following him like he had carrots up his ass.

In a night of drunken splender, he inpregnates this not-so-hot chick down at college. Out of pitty, they start dating and eventually marry (remember, he could have had any girl he wanted, and now he's stuck with this chick that even I wouldn't screw). He is kicked out of college after the first year because his grades were so horrible. Him and his then-girlfriend move back here to his hometown, and he takes a string of factory jobs.....and eventually settles for breaking his back day in and day out as a laborer for a concrete company making poor money. Now, at 25 years of age, him and his ugly wife had a 2nd child, buy a less-than-average house in the "bad" part of town, and he drives a rusted out '87 Skylark....LOL.

Just think it's funny how sometimes life will bite you in the ass, and the people who you think have it all end up having nothing to envy other than the quality of self-absorption and self-righteousness.
