I understand, d00d, it's just something that I am intensely protective of. I have had to fight every step of the way over the course of the last few years of my life simply to be with her to the pale degree that we are able to be "together" in the first place. Even now that she and I are married I catch static from my folks on a fairly regular basis and when someone shows any degree of interest beyond "So what's Australia like?" I immediately go into Sentinel Mode.
