when i open my business im going to make sure if i start making money doing it that im not going to become a dick. if you dont serve your customers who will? probably some other company. if you do business with one person and they like the way you did business they will tell 5 people how they liked it but you do bad business with one person that one person will tell 15 how bad you and how much your business sucks.
